#Term of services
1. ไม่รับงานจากลูกค้าที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปีCommissions from people under 18 years old are not accepted.
2. นักวาดมีสิทธิ์ที่จะปฏิเสธบรีฟจากลูกค้า และมีสิทธิ์อย่างถูกต้องที่จะใช้ดีไซน์, ดราฟเก่า, สเก็ตช์ หรือองค์ประกอบอื่นๆ ที่ถูกปฏิเสธหรือไม่ถูกเลือกในผลงานต่อๆ ไปArtist have reserved the rights to refuse the brief from commissioner and the rights to use the sketches, designs or any elements ideas that were rejected by clients from other commission if it created by me.
3. ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่สามารถนำแบบร่างสเก็ตช์ที่ไม่ถูกเลือกไปใช้ได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกรณีใดก็ตามClients cannot reuse or bring details in rejected sketches for someone else to draw, cut, and edit.
4.สำหรับการนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ กรุณาแจ้งนักวาดก่อน เนื่องจากราคาเชิงพาณิชย์จะ x2 จากราคาปกติFor commercial use, please inform an artist. The price will be changed to the commercial price. (*2 from total price)
5. แจ้งนักวาดก่อนเริ่มงาน หากลูกค้าต้องการไฟล์ต้นฉบับ (Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop) จะคิดเพิ่ม 10% ของราคาทั้งหมดPlease inform the artist if you want the source file (.csp or .psd) will be charged +10% from the price.
6. จ่ายเงินราคาเต็มก่อนเริ่มงาน ในกรณีที่ยอดเกิน 5,000 บาท สามารถผ่อนจ่ายได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดPay (100%) before starting work.
7. แก้งานได้ไม่เกิน 3 ครั้ง หากเกินกว่านั้นจะคิดเพิ่ม 50 บาท/ครั้ง หากเกิดจากความผิดพลาดของผู้วาดเองจะไม่คิดเพิ่มYou can inform the artist to edit your work 3 times before being 5$ charged. Except mistakes from the artist will not count/charged.
8. เมื่อเริ่มงานแล้วไม่สามารถขอเงินคืนได้The artwork cannot be refunded or canceled.
9. ส่งงานทางอีเมล/ Google driveThe file will be sent via E-mail/ Google drive (will be deleted in 10 days)
10. ไม่แอบอ้างเป็นผู้วาด และหากชื่นชอบผลงานของเรา ขอความกรุณาแนบเครดิตผู้วาดให้ด้วยนะคะDo not pretend to be an artist who creates the work. If you appreciate my work please giving me as the artist for the art.
11. ห้ามแก้ไขผลงาน เทรซงาน หรือนำผลงานไปเกี่ยวข้องกับ NFT และ AI ไม่ว่าจะในทิศทางใดก็ตามTracing, editing or using my artwork with AI and NFT is not allowed.
